Munich, EXPO REAL – American-Estonian developer and investor Paul Oberschneider has been selected one of the fifty top real estate professionals in the pan-European property field by EuroProperty magazine-s Elite edition. The selection of players came from what EuroProperty and industry professionals consider to be significant contributions to the growth of the pan-European property sector. This composition includes many high profile real estate figures.
Paul Oberschneider is the chairman and founder of Ober-Haus Real Estate, Central and Eastern Europe-s largest real estate agency with 30 offices and 300 brokers covering Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. Additionally Oberschneider has invested roughly EUR 100 million in real estate developments including retail and hotels and has contributed greatly in promoting the Baltic States for foreign investment and tourism.
American-Estonian Oberschneider has been living in Tallinn for 12 years.
