Kadri Koplimäe returns as Chief Financial Officer of Endover

EndoverAs of 1 February 2026, Kadri Koplimäe will return to the position of Chief Financial Officer of Endover OÜ, taking over the role from Tiina Malm, who joined the company last year.

According to Endover’s CEO Roul Tutt, the decision was reached through a shared understanding among all parties regarding the kind of leadership synergy Endover needs in the future. “We thank Tiina for her dedication and exceptional energy and wish her every success going forward. At the same time, we welcome back a former member of the team, Kadri, who we cannot give much time to settle in, as the next growth phase is already ahead of us. Kadri’s strengths lie both in her previous experience within the company and the sector, as well as in her strong commitment to digital competence and technological development,” Tutt noted.

Kadri Koplimäe said that her detour into the energy sector last year helped her realize that financial management in the real estate field is her true calling. “The bond issuance of Endover’s affiliated company Volta SKAI OÜ, the company’s listing on the exchange, the rapid development pace of the Volta Quarter, and new projects on the horizon are clear signs that the company has not slowed down and that financial management now plays an even more significant role than before. That suits me,” she added.

Kadri Koplimäe, who served as Endover’s CFO from 2015 to 2025, previously worked as CFO at Trigon Agri and moved from Endover to Alexela in August last year. She holds a master’s degree from EBS and a bachelor’s degree from Tallinn University of Technology.

In September, Endover OÜ’s affiliated company Volta SKAI OÜ launched a secured bond issuance totalling 30 million euros, with the first two tranches oversubscribed by private and institutional investors from across the Baltics. In December, trading in Volta SKAI bonds commenced on the Nasdaq First North market. Capital raised during the issuance will be directed toward the construction of the first phase of the Volta SKAI high-rise duo in Põhja-Tallinn.

Founded in 1997, Endover OÜ is a real estate development company based entirely on Estonian capital, with a portfolio of more than 70 projects. Key developments in recent years include the Volta Quarter, Rocca Towers, Ambassador, and Torn.

The company manages the entire real estate development value chain and possesses expertise across all stages, from investment management, product development, and construction to sales, marketing, and after-sales service.
