Volta SKAI OÜ (registry code 16359341, address Maakri tn 19/1, 10145, Tallinn, Estonia; hereinafter Volta SKAI) announces that it has resolved to fully redeem early all bonds named Volta SKAI 10.00% 2Y bond admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Tallinn multilateral trading facility First North bond list, registered under ISIN code EE0000002475 (hereinafter Volta SKAI Bonds, trading symbol VOLTA100027FB). The early redemption is carried out in accordance with Volta SKAI bond terms and conditions, which permit full early redemption (bond terms clause 14.3).
All 17,000 Volta SKAI Bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 per bond, totaling EUR 17,000,000, will be redeemed early. Bondholders will receive a redemption payment of 101% of the nominal value of the bond (EUR 1,010 per bond), plus accrued and unpaid interest calculated up to the payment date in the amount of EUR 0.27777778 per bond. The total amount payable to an investor per bond is EUR 1,010.28.
The redemption will be financed from a bank loan and proceeds from the sale of apartment units in Tower B, which is currently under development.
The redemtion date is 2 July 2026 and the bondholder register will be fixed (record date) as of the end of the business day on 1 July 2026 in the Nasdaq CSD settlement system. The last trading day on the Nasdaq Tallinn multilateral trading facility First North bond list is 26 June 2026.
Volta SKAI OÜ is an affiliate of Endover, developing a high-rise complex with two 12-storey towers in the Volta quarter in Northern Tallinn, with a total floor area of 18,600 square meters. Construction commenced in November 2025, the first apartments are expected to be delivered in Q4 2026, and full completion of the building is planned for Q1 2027.
