Mainor Ülemiste’s subsidiary signed a loan agreement of over EUR 64 million

Mainor ÜlemisteÜlemiste City’s developer Mainor Ülemiste AS’s subsidiary, Öpiku Majad OÜ, signed a syndicated loan agreement with SEB Bank and Luminor Bank for a loan of 64,1 million euros.

The new loan provides for the refinancing of a 39,8 million euro loan taken from SEB Pank in 2018 for the development of the Öpik quarter and adds an additional 24,3 million euros for the construction of Alma Tomingas office building. The construction of the building located at Sepise 7 started at the beginning of December and the completion date is November 2022.

The main activity of Mainor Ülemiste is the development of Ülemiste City as the largest business campus in the Baltics. As of today, the 36 hectare of the campus has 150 000 square metres of rentable office space. It is a home for about 500 companies and working, studying and living environment for over 12 000 people.

Ülemiste City is developed by Mainor Ülemiste AS and Technopolis Ülemiste AS.
