Swedbank published for the first time an analysis on the EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS share, listed on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange. The bank set a target price of 22.2 euros for the EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS share, which is 13.6% higher than the share’s last closing price on the Tallinn Stock Exchange, and gives the share a “buy” recommendation.
In its analysis, Swedbank highlights the following aspects on EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS: (i) the expected dividend yield of 6-7% in the coming years makes the share attractive to investors who value a stable cash flow; (ii) the low level of financial leverage allows the fund to better manage possible risks associated with rising interest rates; (iii) the fund has been successful in reprofiling its real estate portfolio in line with changes in the real estate market.
